Shipping Policy

We currently offer shipping in the U.S. only. We ship Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Orders ship from Duxbury, Massachusetts. Transit times in the U.S. can vary depending on your location and the carrier. A standard order for in-stock merchandise typically processes and will be on its way in 1 to 3 business days. Orders will ship via USPS with an average standard delivery time of 1 to 4 days from the ship date.

An expedited order placed before 9:00 PM (EST) during a regular business day will ship next business day. Expedited orders placed after 9:00 PM (EST) will ship within 2 business days. Expedited orders will arrive in 1 to 2 business days from the ship date, depending upon the shipping option selected.

Please note that adding custom monogramming will delay shipments by 5 to 7 business days on average. All orders will receive an email confirmation that includes tracking information when the package ships.

Holiday Shipping Guide

Shipping Options: To make sure your little HERO’s gift arrives by December 24th, please reference the dates below to select a suitable shipping option:

  • Standard Priority Shipping: Place your order by Sunday, December 17th
  • Priority Express Shipping: Place your order by Tuesday, December 19st

Monogramming: If you would like a HERO Blanket with customized monogramming to arrive by December 24th, please follow these guidelines:

  • Standard Ground Shipping with Monogramming: Place your order by Sunday, December 10th
  •  Priority Express Shipping with Monogramming: Place your order by Tuesday December 12th
Returns and Exchanges Policy

At Orange Lining™, we provide 100% satisfaction guarantee. If your little hero doesn’t love his or her Orange Lining™ product purchased from, you may return it for a full refund within 15 days or exchange within 30 days of receipt of purchase. Defective or damaged items may be exchanged for the same item. Please note that each HERO Blanket™ and Crown is handmade and may have its own unique characteristics. We do not accept returns for gift cards.

All returns must be new, unused, unwashed, in the original packaging, have all applicable tags still attached, and include proof of purchase from Items purchased as a set must be returned or exchanged as a complete set. The original shipping on an order is non-refundable and we do not offer free-shipping on returns. Once the return is received, it may take up to 45 days for the refund to process on our end. If your refund has not posted in your account, please contact your bank. Please note: Items that have been personalized or monogrammed cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you purchased your Orange Lining™ product from one of our retail distributors, other website, or third party, please contact the company you purchased from directly to process a return or exchange. If your purchase was made with a credit or debit card, including a gift purchase, any refund will be credited back to that account.

If you received your item as a gift, please email and provide a receipt or proof of purchase. We will send additional return instructions.

Items that are Out of Stock

There may be times when a specific item is unavailable. To receive notification when the item will be back in stock you can submit a request by email to Please write “Out Of Stock Item Request” in the subject line.

Shipping Costs

Rates will vary depending on the method and service you select (i.e., Priority, Priority Express) and will be calculated at checkout.

International Orders

We do not accept International orders at this time.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
